Round Blade Alternating Bending System:

Angle grinder slotting device:
No need to manually adjust the depth of the slot, the closed-loop system consists of OMRON photoelectric sensors with high sensitivity software components for real-time monitoring and compensated slotting part to ensure that each tank are kept at the same depth. The new structural design to correct the position of the sensor, to avoid sparks and dust due to dirty sensor when cutting slices generated, resulting in reduced light sensitivity or failure. With very thin stainless steel special cutting blade, it can control low cost .

Roller continuous feeding device:

Passive feed roller can be adjusted by pressure settings, and can be outstanding performance for different thickness of the material, to eliminate the material indentation due to excessive pressure . Relying length encoder and closed-loop control system eliminates material slippage . The file matching accuracy ± 0.1mm.
